Working with Ashley on our school meal recipe testing was a fantastic experience! She is super professional, quick to communicate, and gives remarkably useful, honest feedback. She wasn't afraid to tell us what wouldn't work, but she always backed it up with practical changes and suggestions to make the dishes better. Her insights were invaluable to our project!
Ashley is extremely organized and thorough in her work. She's very communicative on expectations and timelines. For the social media component, she was very good at understanding the voice and tone we wanted to achieve and matching that with daily posts. In addition she is technologically savvy and picks up new tasks and systems very quickly. Her documentation is clear and concise. She is well respected and appreciated by the tasting room staff which makes it very simple for her to implement change.
The only improvement: she moved to Montana and I don't like that. Improve that.
